Attention Middle School Families... We are thrilled to announce our next group of recipients for the prestigious "G-Men of the Month" recognition at Garfield Middle School! Through the G-Men of the Month program, we celebrate the outstanding achievements and embodiment of our District's Core Values by three remarkable individuals:
Payton (8): Staff members had mentioned that Payton is responsible and hard working. She is involved in outside of school activities and works hard in the classroom. She takes four high school classes and manages very well. She is also very kind and respectful.
Hamilton (7): Staff members had mentioned that Hamilton is a hard worker, listens to directions, helps others in class, is always prepared, and actively participates / engages in everything we do in class.
Mrs. Maresh (Staff): Students had mentioned that not only is Mrs. Maresh an amazing teacher but she also gives her students a feeling of comfort and encouragement in achieving their classwork. She is a friend that they know they can go to about anything, school related or not, and she puts in a 110% effort to her students academically and emotionally.
The G-Men of the Month recognition is particularly special because it is nominated and voted on by both students and staff, highlighting the unity and support within our school. It serves as a testament to the hard work, dedication, and kindness that are at the heart of our GMS community.
