The Middle School Student Council will be sponsoring a Costume Contest on Tuesday, October 31st. Middle School Students are permitted to wear a costume to school following the guidelines below:
- All costumes must conform to our school dress code standards
- Students will not be permitted to wear masks or paint their faces
- No inflatable costumes will be permitted
- Students must be able to sit at their desk in their costume. If your costume is blocking another student's view, you will be asked to either remove the obstruction or move seats for the day
- Students must wear appropriate footwear at all times
- No weapons or props that look like weapons
- All students wearing a costume must check in with the Costume Committee in the Middle School Gym prior to entering the academic area of the building upon arrival
- The cost to participate in this event is $1 and all proceeds will go to the Middle School Student Council Fund
The Costume Contest will be held during Middle School Lunch with the winners announced at the end of the school day. Prizes will be awarded to the top three costumes earning the most student votes.
First Prize -- $25 Amazon Card
Second Prize -- 50 JAGcoins
Third Prize -- 25 JAGcoins
