Attention Middle School Families... We are thrilled to announce our next group of recipients for the prestigious "G-Men of the Month" recognition at Garfield Middle School! Through the G-Men of the Month Program, we celebrate the outstanding achievements and embodiment of our District's Core Values by three remarkable individuals:
Maxx (8): Staff members had mentioned that Maxx is always so kind to others, dedicated to getting his work done, and always willing to help anyone that needs help.
Audrey (7): Staff members had mentioned that Audrey is a hard worker who cares about her success and is always trying to put forth her best effort. The hand also mentioned that she puts in work outside of class to make sure she understands concepts and is always kind and caring towards her classmates and the staff here on campus.
Miss Urban (Staff): Students have said that Miss Urban is super nice, really funny, and always willing to help them with math when things get confusing. They had also mentioned that she makes class fun with games, explains things so they make sense, she is easy to talk to, and always has good energy around her. One student in particular made a reference to her outstanding volleyball skills in the Lab Rats game as well.
The G-Men of the Month recognition is particularly special because it is nominated and voted on by both students and staff, highlighting the unity and support within our school. It serves as a testament to the hard work, dedication, and kindness that are at the heart of our GMS community.
